Secret Santa Questionnaire and Name Draw Generator, White Elephant Rules, Office Gift Exchange Game, Wichteln, Printable PDF

SECRET SANTA QUESTIONNAIRE + NAME DRAW APP + WHITE ELEPHANT RULES - everything to run your gift exchange in one download.

Most Secret Santa listings are a single questionnaire. This kit also includes an offline NAME-DRAW APP, so you can draw names, keep couples from drawing each other, and reveal every match privately, with no sign-up and no emails.

Works for:

family Secret Santa (UK / Ireland), office and work gift exchange, teachers and staff, kids and teens, friends, WICHTELN (Germany / Austria / Switzerland) and WHITE ELEPHANT / YANKEE SWAP (USA / Canada).

WHAT YOU GET (instant download, 4 files)

1) Secret_Santa_Draw_Studio.html - the name-draw app. Open it in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Works offline. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

• Add players and optional gift hints
• Exclusions: couples, roommates and last year's match never draw each other (one-way or two-way)
• Optional "no swaps" so nobody draws the person who drew them
• Private one-by-one reveal on a shared phone or laptop, hides itself after 15 seconds
• White Elephant tab: turn order, open or steal, steal limit, frozen gifts, final round, undo
• English and German (Deutsch) interface
• Print slips and a backup of your draw

2) Secret_Santa_Kit_US_Letter.pdf and 3) Secret_Santa_Kit_A4.pdf - the same 22 printable pages, sized for US Letter and A4:

• General, Office, Teacher and Staff, and Kids and Teens questionnaires (12 easy questions plus a "please no" box)
• German Wichteln-Fragebogen and German rules card
• Organizer checklist, sign-up sheet, cut-apart draw slips, private match tracker
• Secret Santa rules card and White Elephant rules card with popular versions
• White Elephant number cards 1-30, steal tally tags, dice gift-exchange game, guess-who game, clue cards
• 8 cut-apart gift tags and thank-you notes
• Fillable: type into the PDF on your computer or print and write by hand

4) START_HERE_Quick_Start_Guide.pdf - 6-page guide with screenshots.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download your files after purchase.

2. Send each person the questionnaire and collect answers.

3. Open the app, add names, set exclusions, draw.

4. Pass the device around for the private reveal, or print the slips.

5. Play White Elephant / Yankee Swap at the party with the rules card and app.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Digital download only. No physical item will be shipped.
• The app runs best in a desktop browser. On some phones a downloaded HTML file opens in a

preview that cannot run apps; open it on a computer or in your phone's Chrome/Safari browser.

• The PDFs are fillable in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome, Edge and most PDF apps. Some phone viewers do not support form fields, so print or use a computer.
• Colors may vary slightly on screen and between printers.
• Personal use only. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files.
