Refund Policy
Digital products: all sales are final.
ClearToolsCo sells digital products (templates, planners, spreadsheets, ebooks and printable kits). Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered.
When we will help
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at cleartoolsco17@gmail.com if:
- The file is corrupted, damaged or will not open
- You did not receive your download link or email
- The product is materially different from its description
- You were charged twice for the same order
In these cases we will first try to fix the problem by replacing the file or resending your link. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
What does not qualify for a refund
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake
- Not having compatible software (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, Word). Please check the compatibility details on each product page before buying
- Not being able to use the product as intended due to your own skill level or setup
How to request help
Email cleartoolsco17@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue (screenshots help). We reply within 1-2 business days.
Refunds, when approved, go back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
